About the Role
HeartStamp is an AI-Assisted greeting card platform launching March 2026. We make hyper-personalized cards that feel like they were made for one specific person... because they were. We're the anti-Hallmark: unconventional, culturally fluent, and built for the way Gen Z and Millennials actually communicate.
We need someone who lives on TikTok and Instagram, actually uses Pinterest, and knows what's trending before it trends. This is a production role — concepts and brand direction are provided, but you bring the cultural instincts, craft, and speed to make content that stops the scroll. You'll produce 12–16 assets per week across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat. Portfolio is non-negotiable. If you can't show us work that performed, this isn't the role for you.
Core Responsibilities:
- TikTok: 4–5 short-form videos (15–60 sec).
- Instagram: 4–5 Reels and carousels.
- Pinterest: 2–3 static and video pins.
- YouTube Shorts & Snapchat: 1–2 adapted videos.
Required Experience:
- A portfolio with proof — views, saves, shares, follower growth, or campaign results. Show us the numbers.
- Expert short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
- Graphic design chops (Canva Pro, Photoshop, Figma, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with AI content generation tools.
- Deep understanding of platform-native formats, trends, and algorithms — not from reading about them, from using them daily.
- Comfortable with edgy, irreverent, unconventional content. We are not Hallmark.
- Fast. Revisions in 24–48 hours, no exceptions.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of social analytics platforms.
- Background in comedy, meme culture, or viral content.
- DTC or consumer brand experience.
Send: Portfolio link — your best short-form work across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, or Snapchat 2. Your #1 post — share a single piece of content you're most proud of and tell us: what was it, what platform, and what did it do (views, saves, shares, follower lift — any metric that shows it worked).
Please submit your resume and the criteria outlined above to Talent@heartstamp.com.
